Our annual service contracts are simple and affordable, starting from just £90 a year. With a maintenance contract, you can relax knowing a professional engineer will service your security system a minimum of once a year.
All security systems that have 24-hour monitoring must also have a valid maintenance contract in place. This is because professionally maintained security systems have a far lower rate of false alarms, and too many false alarms can cause your monitoring contract to be cancelled.

With a Homeguard Security maintenance contract, our engineers will visit every 6 months or every 12 months (depending on the maintenance contract you choose) to carry out a full inspection and service.
At each maintenance visit, our engineer will test every detector and every part of your security system. They will ensure that each component is working correctly, batteries are fully charged and that any faulty parts are replaced. No work that involves additional cost will be carried out without you being fully informed and consenting, so there are no hidden costs.
